What is the minimum order value?
There is no such thing for us as a minimum order. Nevertheless, the customer must be aware of the packaging and shipping costs that can be a major part of the project value. Therefore some offers might get unattractive if the value of the goods will be too small
Where can you ship the projects to?
Currently we deliver to our customers in Europe and USA, but we see no obstacles to deliver anywhere around the world.
How do you proceed claims and do you accept returns?
Taking under consideration the detailed and extensive project preparation period, where at many levels the customer takes part in choosing and approving the design we cannot accept returns.
On the other hand any quality or damage claims are being considered individually. Depending on the case, if we can offer new part or repair, we do this. If the cost of shipment exceeds the claim value we can agree on cash settlement.
