Agreement and specification

Once the initial budgetary quote has been approved we continue with creating the project specification and final quote.

During this project phase we are having the most important interactions with the customer

The easier the contact and information exchange the faster and more accurate will be the specification. We do our best to be available at any request

An online board is crated for every project to manage the file and data exchange with the customer. This is also acting as a documentation archive for all of the further project steps

Depending on the complexity of the project the output of that step is a detailed project specification and updated or properly marked design drawings annexed to the final quote

The documents will contain all material finishes, colors and equipment types and numbers
